Oil & Water

The Oil & Water trick is performed by secretly changing the order of the 2 stacks of oil and water cards before mixing them. By changing the order beforehand, mixing the cards actually puts the cards back in place, giving the illusion of the cards separating like oil and water. Smoothly setting up the piles was difficult because I would not actually count the cards at the same time I went through them. There was a disconnect between trying to count and doing the trick, which messed with me.
